Garrett Richards struck out seven and scattered seven hits over seven innings to help lead Oklahoma to a 6-4 win over UCLA on Sunday.
Richards (1-0) walked one and allowed three runs en route to the win.
The victory helped Oklahoma (12-3) complete a three-game sweep of the Bruins (2-10).
Oklahoma jumped to a 6-1 lead after three innings and then held off a late rally attempt by the Bruins, who scored one run each in the final three innings.
Eddie Murray went 3-for-4 with one RBI for UCLA.
Jamie Johnson and Garrett Buechele each had two RBIs for Oklahoma.
Gerritt Cole (1-2) allowed six runs on nine hits and struck out three in three innings for the loss.
Ryan Duke struck out one and gave up one hit in the final frame for his third save of the season for Oklahoma.
